MONTY DIAMOND

Monty has worked on features of all sizes for twenty five years as production manager and line producer with some of the world's great directors, among them; John Schlessinger, Luc Besson, Gillian Armstrong, Bertrand Tavernier, and Jean Jacques Annaud.  He studied acting and directing with Nikos Psacharapolis, Stella Adler, and most recently with Bill Esper.  Monty studied screenwriting at Columbia University with Lewis Cole, and screenplay structure with the great Frank Daniel at USC.  His feature script "First Thing Monday," which he co-wrote with Tom Fontanta ("Oz," "Homicide: Life On The Street") and which is based on their award winning short film, is to be his next feature project.  In April of 2001, "Peroxide Passion" won the Silver Award for Comedy at the Wroldfest Houston Film Festival.
